Robyn Macfarlane, MA, NCC,
LPC has been in the counseling field since 1996 and received her
Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at
Charlotte in 2002. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and
a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of North Carolina.
Ms. Macfarlane has experience working with adults and adolescents
conducting individual and family therapy. She has treated clients
with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD,
grief issues, addiction, career related issues, and survivors of
physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. Ms. Macfarlane views
counseling as a collaborative effort in which she will assist each
client in gathering information, exploring various issues, and changing
thoughts, feeling, and behaviors in the desired direction. Although
her counseling style is eclectic, she tends to use a client-centered
approach in conjunction with reality-based and solution focused
applications. |
